Woodchipper for wood until 230 mm
The wood chippers of the series H 230 are optimally equipped for the professional working in continuous operation. They shred logs, branches and brushwood, also hard and dry wood. Freshly cutted trunks with needles and leaves are also no problem. The material for shredding is lead into the chopping discs from a sloping position by means of horizontally situated entry-rollers and then cut exactly by the three built-in knives.

The entry-rollers are operated by means of a hydraulic-motor and a slow running chain drive. A synchronous running of the rollers is guaranteed. This arrangement of the upright situated rollers and the sloping feed to the chopping disc guarantees a steady feed-in and reduces the knocking of the material which is to be shredded. The regulation of the feed-in speed is effected by the control-valve. All mounted units are supplied with PTO-shaft including free wheel and seal-off coupling.

The largely dimensioned cutting disc of the wood chipper H 230 is equipped with 3 knifes. 2 egdes guarantee an optimal shredding result. The built-in wood crushers ensure that even smaller twings and branches are shredded perfectly.
At request the H 230 will be equipped with a revolution-control-system. It stops the pulling-in and starts again automatically. The display of the machine shows the revolutions, the days and total-working-hours and motor control function.
The rear-unit H 230 is mounted in the rear three-point hydraulic cat. II of the tractor. The chipper is driven by the PTO-shaft (1,000 rpm). The compact construction and short mounting enables a good shunting, even in very narrow places. By the laterally fedding-in funnel the wood splitter remains free at the rear for a trailer for shunting work.
